The Board approved the three-year subscription renewal with Fulcrum Management Solutions Inc. (ThoughtExchange) for the ThoughtExchange Strategic Insights Platform for the period November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2029, in the total amount of $105,924.00 payable in three annual installments

CBIZ Investment Advisory Agreement Recommendation
The Investment Advisory Agreements dated June 2, 2022 between Unified School District No. 500 and CBIZ Investment Advisory Services, LLC for the District's Tax Deferred 403(b) Plan and 457(b) Eligible Deferred Compensation Plan, and consent to the assignment of those Agreements resulting from the acquisition of CBIZ, Inc. by Grant Thornton Advisors LLC, subject to the conditions stated and to be reviewed by District counsel.
