KCKPS Celebrates February Students of the Month

Kienzle Hunter, Early Childhood Education

Five school staff members nominated Kienzle for Student of the Month for her exceptional qualities. Her joyful spirit and ability to view challenges as opportunities make her an outstanding candidate.
Her creativity enhances learning; for example, she turned a number-tracing activity into an engaging experience. Kienzle is also receptive to redirection, transforming routine tasks into enjoyable moments.
She shows emotional perceptiveness by comforting classmates, such as hugging a sad peer during a "Monday check-in." Her kindness is evident in activities like the Kindness Tree, where she ensures everyone can participate.
Kienzle's thoughtful memory shines through her genuine care for others. She suggested creating a goodbye gift for a teacher who moved positions and expressed concern for another teacher's well-being after their absence.
